Therapy & Consultations

Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 mins): $160.00

I see people for psychotherapy via telehealth (video or phone call), and am open to seeing clients anywhere in the state of Washington, where I’m licensed. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are generally held on a weekly basis, though every other week is also sometimes appropriate depending upon your circumstances and what you hope to get from therapy.

Note: I do not currently bill insurance companies directly. Because I am fully licensed, you may be able to submit an official receipt (or “SuperBill”) to your insurance company for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement, though, and I strongly suggest that you check with your insurance company ahead of time if you need to.

Cost should not get in the way of psychotherapy, so if you have any financial concerns, please ask me if I have a sliding scale spot available. I will always do my best to accommodate you!

Consultation & Speaking Engagements: variable length and fee

I have worked with counselors at private schools on developing thoughtful, sensible, inclusive approaches to talking to middle and high schoolers about difficult subjects like self-harm, anxiety, and suicide. I have also lectured as an adjunct professor at Seattle University and have taught hundreds of class sessions on a wide range of topics like abnormal psychology, racism, Foucault, the history of psychology, memory, personality, the evolution of the DSM, and gender norms. I have also consulted with other therapists around my areas of specialty (mainly gender and sexuality). All of this experience, along with my clinical career, has made me a useful consultant for organizations and professionals who would benefit from the insight of someone who works in this field.
